Terms of Booking

Although training is online and available to participants in any country, the country from which the training is administered and taught, and in which the Trainer is insured is England. Hence, any arrangements, agreements or contract are based in English law.

A deposit of £97 is required to reserve a place on either the Level 1 & 2 combined/ VIP personal development program or for the Level 3 Advanced Practitioner program.  The balance is payable 2 weeks prior to the workshop date.  The deposit is non-refundable (except in the unlikely event that we have to cancel a workshop,) but may be transferred to a workshop at the same level on a subsequent date although this incurs an administration charge of £20.

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel or postpone a workshop, full refund or transfer to the alternative date will be available; however, I cannot be responsible for any consequential losses such as related to travel, accommodation or work arrangements etc.

Completing and submitting the booking form does not guarantee a place on the course until your deposit has been received and your place confirmed by email.

You must attend for a minimum of 21 hours live online training for Levels 1&2 combined, or 18 hours live online training for Level 3 to receive your attendance certificate on completion of the course.

You need to be able to join the live training sessions via Zoom from a private space at the time appointed, with adequate Internet connection and your webcam switched on. We recommend use of a laptop as a minimum attendance and participation standard. A tablet may suffice, but a phone is generally not sufficient for a suitable learning experience, particularly if you intend to continue to practitioner certification and accreditation. Please discuss with us if you have any technological issues.

Live course attendance does not confer EFT Practitioner status. To receive a Practitioner certificate you must additionally complete a practitioner certification and accreditation mentoring and assessment program.

During the live sessions you will be expected to show respect and kindness, speak and act supportively and without judgement towards other course participants. This is not generally a problem at all. However, if this were to become an issue, or there were any other problem with your behaviour or conduct, such as could affect the quality of the experience for other participants, and you did not heed clear, direct and personalised reminders from your Trainer, you could forfeit your place on the course with immediate effect and without refund.
